Plugger policies
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to every artist, label, songwriter and listener who uses Plugger Music, including uploads, scheduled releases, promotions and gifts. They sit alongside the Plugger Terms of Service.
You keep ownership of your recordings, lyrics and artwork. By publishing, you give Plugger a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream, clip and promote your release inside Plugger Music, Shorts, feeds and profiles for as long as it stays published.
You confirm you own or control every right in the audio, artwork and metadata you upload, including samples, features and cover versions. Do not upload music you do not have the rights to distribute.
When you schedule a release, the song stays hidden from listeners, charts, search and Shorts until the release time you set in your chosen time zone. Publishing a release for today makes it live immediately.
Artist name, label, genre, artwork, copyright and contributor details must be accurate. Plugger may correct or reject metadata that misrepresents who made or owns a release.
Listeners can send gifts and tips to releases. Earned coins follow the Plugger Wallet Terms, including the creator share and withdrawal rules.
Promoted releases and event ads are paid placements bought with Plugger Coins. Promotions run for the package length you buy, can be paused or ended by you, and are non-refundable once live.
You can unpublish your music at any time. Plugger may mute or remove a release after a valid copyright complaint, a content violation, or a request from a rights holder, and may suspend repeat infringers.
We may suspend music privileges for fraud, artificial streaming, impersonation, or repeated policy breaches.
We may update these terms as Plugger Music grows. Continued publishing after changes means you accept the updated terms.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep Plugger safe, plus optional analytics cookies to understand what's working. See our Privacy Policy and POPIA notice.
