Plugger policies
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what Plugger collects, why, and how you can control it.
Your handle, display name, email, profile details, posts, messages, media, calls, gifts, and activity. We also collect device and usage information to keep the platform secure and improve it.
To run the platform, personalise your feed, enable messaging and calls, process subscriptions and gifts, provide analytics to admins, detect abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers who help operate Plugger, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. Admins may access platform analytics to manage the community.
You can edit your profile, delete your posts, and request deletion of your account. Contact Plugger support to exercise data rights.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
Plugger is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep Plugger safe, plus optional analytics cookies to understand what's working. See our Privacy Policy and POPIA notice.
