Plugger policies

To run your wallet we process your coin balance, transaction history, gift records, and payout method details (bank, PayPal, mobile money or other). Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never stored by Plugger.
To credit coins, process withdrawals, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and provide wallet notifications about payments and coins.
Your payout method details are stored privately against your account and masked in the interface. Only you and authorised Plugger administrators can access them, and only to process payouts or investigate fraud.
We share payout details with payment providers only as needed to complete your withdrawal, or when required by law. We never sell your wallet data.
Wallet and transaction records are kept for the life of your account and for as long as required for legal, tax and dispute purposes after closure.
You can view, add, or remove payout methods at any time. To request deletion of wallet data, contact Plugger support.
Wallet data is protected by access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; keep your account and payout details safe.
